Elsie is a second generation Montclair resident and graduate of Montclair High.  Elsie started her real estate career in 1986 after completing a Master's degree in Consumer Economics at Montclair State University and has been a fulltime agent doing business all over Essex County and parts of Passaic, Bergen, and Union counties.  Elsie is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Among her professional accreditations are Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), a GRI (a member of the Graduate Real Estate Institute), an Accredited Buyers' Representative (ABR) and a Senior Real Estate Specials (SRE) for clients over 50 years old. She is a former Professional Standards Committee Chairperson of the West Essex Board of Realtors and is trained as a resource for Short Sales & Foreclosures(SFR) and received NAR's GREEN Designation in 2010.
